Garron King
The King’s Group
Garron King is a Southern California luxury real estate professional, investor, entrepreneur, and family man. He’s built The King’s Group on one principle: quality business over the quantity of business. But Garron isn’t your typical real estate agent and he didn’t want a typical shoot. The images from this session are a study in contrast: the precision of a Ralph Lauren oxford and a luxury watch alongside full sleeve tattoos, a skateboard, and an axe. That tension is exactly what we were going for. Garron moves through the world as a whole person; disciplined, aesthetic, unexpected and this shoot was built to capture all of it.
The Brief
Garron came to us with a clear intent: rebrand. His existing imagery wasn’t telling the full story. He wanted a photographer who could capture his style and energy, not just his profession. For luxury real estate, there’s a familiar visual playbook: suit, tie, marble countertop, forced smile. Garron wasn’t interested in that. He wanted imagery that was authentic to him; something his clients would see and immediately recognize as the man they’d trust with one of the most significant decisions of their lives.
The Approach
We structured the session around three distinct looks, each designed to reveal a different dimension of who Garron is:
Look 1 — The Professional
Button-down Ralph Lauren shirt, black trousers, watch. Clean white seamless. This is Garron the real estate expert; composed, credible, approachable. We shot everything from tight headshots to full-length portraits, giving his team a complete toolkit for website headers, listings, and press.
Look 2 — The Entrepreneur
All black. Chain. Watch. Adidas. The tattooed arms are no longer hidden — they’re part of the frame. We brought in props that mean something to him: a skateboard with custom graffiti art, and a vintage axe. These aren’t gimmicks. These are gifts from friendships Garron has formed and nurtured. They’re visual shorthand for a man who builds relationships, moves in his own direction, and isn’t defined by any one lane.
Look 3 — The Man
A textured, painted backdrop. Black tee. The most editorial of the three looks: moody, cinematic, still. Here Garron isn’t performing anything. He’s just present. Some of the most powerful frames of the session came from this setup.
The Signature Shot
We also captured a shirtless series revealing the full scope of Garron’s tattoo work: chest, arms, and an extraordinary full back piece. This isn’t imagery you’d expect from a luxury real estate professional. That’s exactly why it works. It communicates something no headshot can: this is a man who lives intentionally, who has committed to things, who carries his story on his body.

In Their Words
“I wanted someone who could capture my style and energy.”

“Quality business over the quantity of business.”

“I feel like the style of photography was in alignment with my personality and the branding I’m looking for.”

The Result
Twenty curated images spanning four distinct looks, moods, and contexts. From hero headshots for thekingsgroupre.com to editorial lifestyle frames for social media and press. Garron now has a visual identity that matches the brand he’s built. He’s not the agent who shows up in a stock-photo suit. He’s the agent who answers the phone, goes above and beyond, and makes the process feel easy because that’s who he actually is. These photos say that before he says a word.
